How Crescent Canna is Saving Me (and My Back) in 2025

I would be remiss if I didn't say I've tried – and loved – Crescent Canna's CBD and THC products before. So, when they came out with a few new products, I couldn't wait to give them a go, especially because one of them had the potential to provide relief from a problem I've been having for months.

With 2024 gone, it seems everything is up in the air. The political landscape is in upheaval and my personal life is recovering from a past year of many surprises. My self-care is suffering, especially when it comes to sleep.

In preparation for this article, Crescent Canna sent me some of their newest products, which included the Sleep Spectrum THC Sleep Gummies. I unboxed them immediately and was surprised at how big they were. They looked like candied pineapple slices, and since they were made with THC, I knew, as a lightweight, I was going to have to cut them in quarters. As a casual edible user, I have accidentally self-medicated to the point of being nearly catatonic. Even though these smelled like sweet passion fruit candy and the temptation to appease my sweet tooth was there, I just wanted a good night's rest. I loved that I could control the dose with a pair of scissors and adjust it as needed depending on my experience. The flavor was sweet with a hint of THC, but overall satisfying.

As far as falling asleep, it wasn't immediate because my brain seems to like to re-cap my day and throw in a few random stressors for good measure. But the gummy wasn't having it, and slowly replaced those thoughts with, well, nothing. My mind went blank, and I fell asleep.
